Citizen TV's Lilian Muli Finally Talks on Hotel Drama Video

Citizen TV news anchor Lilian Muli has finally spoken after a video went viral where she was heard insulting a female waitress at a Nairobi restaurant.
The prime time news anchor on Saturday took to Twitter to complain over how the matter was handled blaming those who circulated the video of having ill intentions.
Ms Muli questioned why she was not consulted in order to explain what transpired during the incident.
“Since right of reply would have watered down the impact of the INTENDED SPITE it was never sought. Were all sides of the issue explored? NO,” she stated.
In a separate tweet, the anchor promised that she wouldn't be cowed by the video which was the subject of online discussion earlier in the week.

The clip taken at Carribea Restaurant in Kilimani area showed Ms Muli venting on the waitress accusing her of being disrespectful. A section of the public was clearly appalled by Muli's conduct and termed her reaction unacceptable considering she is a role model to many. Some even went ahead to compare her actions to Lingala Maestro Koffi Olomide who was kicked out of the Country for kicking her female dancer at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
