Mally Mall's Rape Case Denied by D.A. Due to Lack of Evidence

Mally Mall's rape case was denied by the L.A. County District Attorney after an investigation turned up insufficient evidence.

The woman claims that Mally flew her out to L.A. from Texas to produce fitness training videos. During the trip, the woman claims that Mally Mall raped her after getting her drunk. Mally denied the woman's claims and said that everything between them was consensual. He added that he felt that the woman was trying to extort him.

The allegations triggered a raid of Mally's home earlier this year, and a Serval cat and a Tamarin monkey were seized. According to TMZ, the animals will not be returned to Mally.

Following the raid of his home that found Mally Mall detained and released over allegations of multiple sexual assaults as well as the trafficking of women and exotic animals, the famed producer is now claiming that he's being extorted by a woman that he had previous relations with.

After the LAPD SWAT conducted their raid due to allegations of "multiple rapes and human sex trafficking," in addition to "illegally importing exotic species into California for people working in the entertainment industry," Mally Mall was subsequently not arrested although investigations are still ongoing.

As for the alleged extortionist, TMZ has reported that a woman is claiming that Mally Mall flew her out from Texas after watching her workout videos, where she was ultimately drugged and raped while locked in his room. The woman also concedes that she stayed the following day to have more intercourse, yet only because she felt she had to be "submissive." The following day, however, she noticed she had a rash and went to the hospital, where a nurse ultimately called the police after observing vaginal trauma.

Conversely, sources close to Mally Mall are saying that the two partied all weekend and everything was consensual, while adding that they have voicemails and texts that show she was trying to squeeze money out of him.

Meanwhile, the woman in question has reportedly been in touch with various authorities, as investigators believe there are at least three women who have come forward with similar allegations.

All the same, Mally Mall's lawyer pointed out that the lack of charges at the moment is very telling, stating that "If they had real evidence, they would have arrested him. They don't have evidence. It's bogus. Period."

Police seized a wild serval cat, a spider monkey, and a Cotton-top Tamarin monkey after raiding two homes, one belonging to hip-hop producer Mally Mall, on Wednesday during an investigation into exotic animal trafficking. According to TMZ, the Cotton-top Tamarin monkey and serval cat were seized from Mall's San Fernando Valley home, while the spider monkey, also belonging to Mall, was seized from another L.A. home.

The investigation began 8 or 9 months ago when the CA Dept of Fish & Wildlife started getting tips about Mally Mall and the Cotton-top Tamarin monkey after photos started surfacing online.
