Bahati Denies He Was Used As A Pawn In Harmonize- Wasafi Drama

Kenyan singer Bahati has denied claims that he was sent by the Wasafi crew to call out Harmonize over alleged beef with Diamond.

Last week, Bahati through his Instagram account, called out Harmonize for allegedly creating beef with Diamond Platinumz.

According Bahati, Harmonize was creating a rift with the WCB crew to gain popularity.

Speaking on Sunday, during an interview, Bahati stated that his advice towards Harmonize was done cordially with no intention of disrespecting him.

“Naona imeandikwa nimetumwa…mimi sijatumwa. Sijaongea na mtu yeyote wa WCB. Sioni mtu anaweza akanituma anilipe. Mimi nina pesa zangu, (It has been alleged that I was sent, nobody sent me. I have not talked to anybody from WCB. I don’t think somebody can pay me to do such a thing, I have my own money),” said Bahati.

Bahati further pointed out that he was angered by a series of comments made by Harmonize regarding his music position in Tanzania.

According to Bahati, Harmonize was creating beef with Diamond for popularity. He warned that it was wrong to create beef with your mentor for the sake of popularity. He urged Harmonize to borrow from the relationship between Nigeria’s Banky W and Wizkid.

Following the comments, Harmonize unfollowed Bahati on Instagram, something the Kenyan singer has termed cowardly.
