Genge la Boondocks!! One of Kenya’s hottest genge tone groups, Boondocks Gang is back with another banger dubbed ‘Firi Firi’. The three man group is made up of Exray, Odi wa Murang’a and Edumaddox. The trio became a house name in Kenya after dropping the super banger ‘Rieng’. Boondocks Gang is part of the new age revolution of music in Kenya and they have swept the nation with banger after banger. Tracks like ‘Madam’ , ‘Mboko Haram’ and ‘Mathogothanio’ are awesome tracks that have had a welcoming audience and a lot of airplay in Kenya.

A few hours ago, Boondocks gang dropped a new spectacular jam dubbed ‘Firi Firi’. They tag team with up coming artist Shay Diva . ‘Firi Firi’ is Kikuyu for Chilli. By now you already know Shay Diva and Boondocks gang are cooking something spicy hot for you. The beat was built by Hamdoo , the visuals were produced by Chozen World Concepts and Directed by Chozen boy.

The song starts off with a solid verse from Exray, Shay Diva takes over with a powerful verse and a catchy hook to boot. Odi wa Murang’a has the last verse and as predicted, he bodies the Gengetone beat. The video is shot in a bar ,where we can see comedian Nicki Big Fish as the bartender. The scenes switch between the bar and a corridor full of beautiful women dancing to the awesome beat. The video quality of the video betrays the aweosme track. The images in the video seem to move faster than the beat breaking the synchronization. Despite the video, the track is pretty hot, its pretty ‘Firi Firi’
